These Frozen S’mores Bars are the perfect treat to keep on hand during the hot summer months! Kids and adults both love them and they are actually pretty simple to make. S’mores have been a beloved treat for many years. S’mores are normally cooked on an open fire. The marshmallow and chocolate become an ooey, gooey delicious mess between two graham crackers. So when the weather is hot and a campfire is not an option, these Frozen S’mores Bars are just what you need!

How To Make Frozen S’mores Bars

This is just a summary, the full recipe is below. Start by laying half of the graham crackers on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Instant Pudding Mix, the milk and some of the cool whip. Whisk until it is firm. This will take about 5 minutes. Spread that into an even layer on top of the graham crackers. Place this in the freezer while you prepare the next layer.
*NOTE* Be sure to use Instant Pudding Mix!

In another bowl, use a hand mixer to mix the cream cheese and marshmallow creme. Be sure to mix it until it is nice and smooth and creamy, with no lumps. It is important to have the cream cheese at room temperature for this step. Once you have that mixed, fold in the remaining cool whip, then fold in some mini chocolate chips.

Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture on top of the pudding layer. Top with the other half of the graham crackers. Place in the freezer for 4-6 hours or until set. Cut into squares and enjoy!
