What Do You Need to Make Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip?
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 3/4 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup Confectioner’s Sugar
- 8 oz Cool Whip, thawed
- 7.6 oz Bag of Reese’s Minis, divided in half
How to Make Reese’s Peanut Butter Cheesecake Dip
Start by chopping the peanut butter cups into quarters. And try not to snack on TOO many of them while doing so! Set them aside.
In a bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese until smooth. You can use a handheld mixer or a stand mixer. Add in the peanut butter and vanilla and mix until combined.
Now mix in the confectioner’s sugar and mix until it is nice and creamy.
Add in the cool whip and gently fold it in until is combined. And lastly, stir in half of the chopped up peanut butter cups.
Transfer it to a serving bowl and top with the remaining peanut butter cups! Some goof things to dip into it are Nilla Wafers, graham crackers, pretzels and apple slices! But I am sure there are plenty more options! I could honestly dip a celery stick in it and it would still be delicious lol! I hope you love this Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake Dip!
