Pizza Dip

If you have a party to go to and you want to take the dish that everyone will be talking about, you need to make this Pizza Dip! Any time I make this, it gets devoured and is the first thing to disappear from the table. It has a cream cheese based layer that has a nice tang to it from the Ranch seasoning. Then it is topped with pizza sauce and any toppings of your choice. I love to make little garlic bread toasties to dip in it, but crackers, chips and even veggies work great too. This is one of our favorites and I have a feeling it may become one of yours too!

How To Make Pizza Dip

This is just a summary, the full recipe is below. In a bowl, mix together an 8 oz block of softened cream cheese with 1 cup of sour cream. Season with oregano, garlic powder and Ranch seasoning and mix it up well.

Spread that into an 11 inch pie pan, or you can use a 9×9 baking dish. Top with a 14 oz jar of pizza sauce. Then 1 lb of cooked Italian sausage, followed by 4 cups of freshly grated mozzarella. A couple ounces of mini pepperonis and 4 tbsp of bacon bits.
Or you can use any combination of toppings that you like. I tend to keep it simple and kid friendly when taking it to parties so I don’t usually add any veggies.

Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes or until heated all the way through. Serve hot and enjoy!

The dip was really easy to make. I did add a little more spice to the pizza sauce. Everyone like the change for something different except 1 person…lol. I did not make it in the oven, I used a presto pizzazz Plus rotating oven ?
There is always one person lol! Glad everyone else enjoyed it though!
