When I say I need something easy and delicious for dinner, these Sheet Pan Smoked Sausages, Green Beans and Potatoes are exactly what I think of! It only takes 5 ingredients and a few minutes of prep! How much easier can it get! Add to that, it is a fairly healthy meal and even picky eaters love it. It is so easy to change this to your liking as well. Add or take away any veggies and feel free to use a different protein too. Chicken is always a great choice, and so are pork chops! Either way, sheet pan dinners are always a no fuss dinner and great to keep on your menu rotation! And here are some more great recipes to check out while you are here!

How To Make Sheet Pan Smoked Sausages, Green Beans and Potatoes
Start by slicing a 14 oz package of smoked sausage. Any kind will work, this is just what I had on hand. Chop 1.5 lbs of Yukon gold potatoes into 1 inch pieces. You can use a different variety of potatoes too!
Add the potatoes to a large bowl with 12 oz of fresh, washed and snipped, green beans. Drizzl;e with olive oil then sprinkle on one packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix. Mix well. Spread it out on to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add the sliced sausages on top.
Bake this at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Take it out and give it a good stir, then bake for 15-20 more minutes. It is done when the potatoes are as tender as you like them. And that is all there is to it!
This is already a pretty complete meal, but I do like to have some hot buttered bread or biscuits with it. A nice dinner salad is always a good option too!
