How To Make Loaded Tuna Salad

Start by draining the tuna well to remove excess moisture. This will prevent your salad from becoming watery. – Dice the red onions and celery into small, uniform pieces for even distribution throughout the salad.
In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients and mix well. **Season to Taste** Season your tuna salad with salt, pepper, and celery salt. Start with a little and adjust to your taste preferences. And it really is just that simple! I sometimes feel like recipes like these don’t really even need a recipe. But I also know that when I am on the hunt for a simple recipe, I am grateful when someone has taken the time to share it.

Loaded Tuna Salad Sandwich

And here is my favorite way to eat it! Start by toasting some bread ( I like to keep it simple and use plain white bread.) Add a slice of Swiss cheese, then a big scoop of the Loaded Tuna Salad. Followed by banana pepper rings, sliced tomato and lettuce. And I can never have too much mayo, so I slather some mayo on the toast as well. My other favorite way to eat it is on some Ritz or Clubhouse crackers. My husband prefers to eat it straight out of the bowl. But there is no wrong way so enjoy it any way you like!
