Loaded Tuna Salad

Quick and easy, this Loaded Tuna salad is a timeless dish that combines simplicity with flavor, making it a perfect option for a quick lunch or a light dinner.

Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz) Cans of Solid White Albacore Tuna Packed in water drained
  • 1/3 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Celery
  • 2 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled and chopped
  • Salt, pepper and celery salt to taste

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients, except for the seasonings, together in a bowl.
  • Season to taste. Start with a little and adjust to your taste preference.
  • Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and serve cold.
  • Serve chilled on a bed of greens, as a sandwich filling, or with your favorite crackers. 

Notes

Feel free to add other ingredients such as diced pickles, bell peppers, or even capers for a unique twist.
Instead of mayo, you can experiment with avocado or hummus for a healthier option. 
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. Do not freeze.
