Quick and easy, this Loaded Tuna salad is a timeless dish that combines simplicity with flavor, making it a perfect option for a quick lunch or a light dinner.
2(5 oz)Cans of Solid White Albacore Tuna Packed in waterdrained
1/3CupMayonnaise
1tbspDijon Mustard
1/4CupDiced Red Onion
1/4CupDiced Celery
2tbspSweet Pickle Relish
2Hard Boiled Eggs, peeled and chopped
Salt, pepper and celery salt to taste
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients, except for the seasonings, together in a bowl.
Season to taste. Start with a little and adjust to your taste preference.
Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes and serve cold.
Serve chilled on a bed of greens, as a sandwich filling, or with your favorite crackers.
