How to Make Loaded Breakfast Sliders

First, preheat your oven to 400°F / 200°C. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out 10 slices of bacon in a single layer. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until crispy to your liking. Remove from the oven and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.

While the bacon is cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat and cook 12 sausage patties until heated through and browned. Set aside. This is the brand I used and they were the perfect size for each slider to fit one on it!

Next, crack 8 eggs into a bowl. Add ¼ cup of water and whisk well with a fork until fully combined.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the eggs and cook gently, stirring frequently, until softly scrambled. You don’t want them overcooked — they’ll bake again in the oven.

Now reduce your oven temperature to 350°F / 175°C.
Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Slice the King’s Hawaiian rolls in half lengthwise, keeping them connected. Place the bottom half in the baking dish.
Layer 6 slices of American cheese evenly over the bottom rolls.

Place the sausage patties evenly over the cheese.
Spread the scrambled eggs over the sausage layer.
Lay the crispy bacon strips across the top.
Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded sharp cheddar evenly over everything.

Place the top half of the rolls back on.
Brush the tops with 1 tablespoon of melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
Bake at 350°F / 175°C for 7–8 minutes, just until the cheese is melted and the tops are lightly toasted. Slice into 12 sliders and serve warm.
