Ingredients

  • 1 (12 Count) Package of King’s Hawaiian Original Sweet Rolls
  • 10 Slices Bacon
  • 12 Sausage Patties I used the heat and serve but you can make them fresh if you prefer
  • 8 Large Eggs + 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp Salted Butter divided
  • 6 slices American Cheese
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 1 tsp Everything Bagel Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F / 200°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange bacon and bake 18–22 minutes until crisp. Drain on paper towels.
  • Cook sausage patties in a skillet over medium heat until heated through and browned. Set aside.
  • In a bowl, whisk eggs and water until fully combined.
  • Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add eggs and cook gently, stirring frequently, until softly scrambled. Remove from heat while still slightly creamy.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 350°F / 175°C.
  • Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Slice rolls in half horizontally and place bottom half in dish.
  • Layer American cheese over rolls. Top with sausage patties, scrambled eggs, bacon, and shredded cheddar.
  • Place top rolls on. Brush with remaining melted butter and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  • Bake 7–8 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are lightly toasted. Slice and serve warm.

Make-Ahead & Storage

Store leftovers wrapped individually in parchment paper in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
Reheat in the microwave until warmed through.
To freeze, wrap each slider in parchment paper and place in freezer-safe bags. Freeze up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
If assembling ahead of time, allow the baking dish to sit at room temperature before baking so you’re not placing a cold dish directly into a hot oven.
