Instructions:

In a large skillet over medium heat, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the sliced smoked sausage and cook until browned and crispy around the edges. Remove and set aside.

  • 1 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 5.3 oz Boursin Garlic and Fine Herbs Cheese
  • 19 oz Frozen Cheese Tortellini
  • 3 oz Shaved or Grated Parmesan
  • 1/2-1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes, optional
  • Salt and Pepper to taste if needed

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Add smoked sausage and sauté until browned. Remove and set aside.
  • Add onion and bell peppers to the pan. Season and cook for 5 minutes until softened.

    Wow is all I can say! This came out sooo good! My husband and toddler loved it! I made the recipe exactly as it stated but I skipped out on adding the sausage. My husband was making steaks and didn’t wanna have 2 meats! But my husband even said this meal was better than going out to eat!
