Beef Dip Sandwiches are delicious. Especially the ones that are made from slow roasted beef that is shaved to perfection after cooking all day! But let’s face it. Not everyone always has time for that. So I came up with a super easy way to make these tasty sandwiches in just about 10 minutes. Because there are nights when I simply do not want to cook. But we live in a rural area and have very limited options when it comes to delivery/takeout. So on those nights, it is usually a frozen pizza, or something that I can just throw together with very minimal effort! And these are exactly that! Using deli sliced beef and a packet of Au Jus gravy mix makes these a breeze. And honestly, they taste really good!

What Ingredients are Needed?
To make these Beef Dip Sandwiches, all you need is
- 1 packet of Au Jus Gravy Mix
- 1/2 to 1 lb of Deli Sliced Roast Beef
- Hoagie Rolls or Sub Rolls
- Provolone Cheese
- Butter
- Garlic Powder *not pictured
How to make these easy Beef Dip Sandwiches
You will start by preparing one packet of au jus gravy according to the package. Once it is boiling add in 1/2-1 lb of the deli sliced roast beef. Cook it for about 1 minute. Too long and the meat will become too tough and rubbery.
Spread some butter on the hoagie or sub buns and sprinkle with some garlic powder. Place in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 3 minutes.
Now place some slices of provolone cheese on them and air fry for another 3 minutes. The cheese should be nice and golden brown and bubbly at this point.
And now you can pile the meat and any other toppings you would like on there! Be sure to get a cup of the au jus to dip it in as well!

I made this, and I definitely would make it again! It’s fast and easy! But if you want to make it special, you could roast your own roast! I followed the recipe mostly as written ( the only thing I added was parsley to the broth and used thick cut brioche bread) and it was very good!

I made these in the style of your reuben sliders. I also added some banana peppers to the roast beef when boiling in the au jus for some zip. Huge hit! Served them next to your Reubens and they both disappeared in minutes. I sent your website to about 10 people.
