Ingredients:
- For the sliders:
- 8-10 slices of bacon
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 diced onion
- Your favorite burger seasoning
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp dill relish
- 1 tbsp mustard
- A dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 packages (9-count each) King’s Hawaiian pretzel slider buns
- 16 slices of white American cheese
- Crispy fried onions for topping
- For the homemade burger sauce:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions:

This is just a summary, the full recipe is below. Begin by cooking 8-10 slices of bacon. I cook mine in the oven at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes. But you can do it however you like. Once cooked, chop it into small pieces and set it aside.

Then brown 1 pound of ground beef along with the diced onion. Once it is cooked, drain off the excess grease. Now season it with your favorite burger seasoning and stir in 1/4 cup of ketchup, 2 tablespoons of dill relish, 1 tablespoon of mustard, and a dash of Worcestershire sauce.

Next, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating, prepare a baking sheet by placing the bottom halves of the King’s Hawaiian pretzel slider buns on it. Start layering by adding 8 slices of white American cheese on top of the buns. Then, spread the prepared beef mixture evenly over the cheese, followed by the chopped bacon.

For an extra burst of flavor, spread some homemade burger sauce over the bacon layer. To make the sauce, simply combine 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of ketchup, 1 tablespoon of sweet pickle relish, and season with paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. This creamy sauce will enhance the overall taste of your sliders.

Lastly

Sprinkle crispy fried onions over the sauce for added crunch, and then layer another 8 slices of white American cheese on top. Finally, place the top halves of the slider buns over everything, creating a delicious and cheesy sandwich.
Place the assembled sliders in the preheated oven and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted.

Once baked, remove the sliders from the oven and cut them into individual portions. Serve them warm with the remaining homemade burger sauce on the side for dipping.
