Ingredients

For the Sliders

  • 8-10 Slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
  • 1 lb Ground Beef or any type of ground meat you like
  • 1 Yellow Onion, Diced
  • 1-2 tsps Your Favorite Burger Seasoning I used Kinders, but there are plenty of varieties to choose from in the seasoning aisle
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Dill Relish
  • 1 tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 (9 count) Packages of Kings Hawaiian Pretzel Slider Buns
  • 16 Slices White American Cheese or any flavor of cheese that you like
  • 6 oz Can of French's Fried Onions

For the Homemade Burger Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Sweet Pickle Relish
  • 1/2 tsp Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Cook you bacon, give it a rough chop then set it aside.
  • In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onions. Drain the excess grease.
  • Season with the burger seasoning then add in the ketchup, relish, mustard and Worcestershire sauce and mix well.
  • Next, preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. While the oven is heating, prepare a baking sheet by placing the bottom halves of the King’s Hawaiian pretzel slider buns on it. Start layering by adding 8 slices of white American cheese on top of the buns. Then, spread the prepared beef mixture evenly over the cheese, followed by the chopped bacon.
  • Make the burger sauce by combining all of the ingredients in a small mixing bowl and spread that on top of the bacon. Sprinkle on the crispy onions, followed by the remaining cheese.
  • Place the top buns on and and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are slightly toasted.
  • When they are done, slice them up and serve with the remaining burger sauce for dipping!

Notes

If you wanted to prepare these ahead, you can make the bacon, the meat mixture and the burger sauce up to 2 days ahead. When you are ready to make them, reheat the meat mixture, then assemble and bake as directed!
