Ingredients:
- **For the Taco Mixture**:
- 1.5 pounds of ground beef
- 1 diced onion
- 2 tablespoons of taco seasoning
- 3/4 cup of water
- **For the Casserole**:
- 30-ounce bag of frozen hash browns (partially thawed)
- 10.5-ounce can of Campbell’s cheddar cheese soup
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 10 oz can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
- 1 tablespoon of taco seasoning
- 4 ounces of shredded pepper jack cheese
- 4 ounces of shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions:

In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef along with the diced onion. Once cooked, drain the excess grease. Add the taco seasoning and water, mixing well, and let it simmer on low heat.



In a large bowl, combine the partially thawed hash browns, cheddar cheese soup, sour cream, Rotel, additional taco seasoning, pepper jack cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, and the cooked taco meat. Mix until well combined.


Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9 x 13 baking dish and bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes.

After 30-35 minutes, remove the casserole from the oven. Sprinkle the remaining sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheeses on top. Crush the nacho cheese Doritos and spread them over the cheese layer. Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.


Once done, let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Set out optional toppings like shredded lettuce, sour cream, diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and hot sauce for everyone to customize their serving.

- 2 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 3/4 Cup Water
For the Casserole
- 30 oz Bag of Frozen Hash Browns, partially thawed
- 10.5 oz Can of Campbell's Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 10 oz Can of Rotel (diced tomatoes and green chilies)
- 1 tbsp Taco Seasoning
- 8 oz Shredded Pepper Jack Cheese divided in half
- 8 oz Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese divided in half
- 9.25 oz Bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos (or any flavor you like) I use about half of it
