What will You Need to Make Bang Bang Salmon
- (4) 4 oz Salmon Filets
- 1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
- 1/4 Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1/4 Cup of Sriracha
- 2-3 Tbs Honey
- 2-3 Minced Garlic Cloves
- Salt and Pepper
- Dried Parsley Flakes and Sesame Seeds for Garnish – optional
How to Make Bang Bang Salmon
To Start, you will season your filets on both sides with salt and pepper. Easy enough, right? You can use filets with the skin on or off. It is just my personal preference to use skinless.
For the sauce, you will mix together the mayo, the thai chili sauce, the sriracha, the honey and the minced garlic. Be sure to reserve about half of the sauce!
Now you are going to brush that sauce liberally on all sides of the filets. Then they will go in a preheated 400 degree air fryer for 8-10 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
When they are finished cooking go ahead and spoon some more of that saucy goodness over the top of them. And if you’d like, top them with dried parsley flakes and sesame seeds just for visual appeal. And that is all there is to it!
I like to serve these with some garlic butter jasmine rice and some roasted broccoli. I also like to drizzle a bit more sauce over the top so that the rice can get some of that Bang Bang sauce in it as well! This is such a great meal! I am sure you will love it as much as we do!
