Garlic Butter Pork Chop Bites

September 14, 2022

I LOVE when I find a recipe online, try it, and absolutely fall in love with it! And that is exactly what happened when I found these garlic butter pork chop bites! They are tender. They are juicy. And they are just bursting with flavor! They were also a hit with everyone in my house, which is a pretty rare occurrence! Oh! And they are so simple to make! These would be great with so many different side dishes too. We had ours with some fresh corn-on-the-cob and some steak fries, but there really aren’t any sides that I don’t see as a good fit. Anyways, enough about the sides, let’s get to this incredible recipe!

You will start by slicing 4 thick cut boneless pork chops into bite-sized pieces.

Add them to a bowl and drizzle with some avocado oil or any oil of your choice.

Then you are going to season them up. You can use any seasoning you like, but for pork chops I prefer Lawry’s seasoning salt, Kinder’s garlic and herb blend and some black pepper. That is what I use when I make these and the flavor is wonderful! Make sure to coat them well so that each piece is perfectly seasoned!

After you have them seasoned, you are going to put them in your air fryer and air fry at a temperature of 400 for approximately 12-13 minutes. (Please be mindful that the thickness of the pork chops and your own individual air fryer can make the time vary. You just want to be sure to cook them to an internal temperature of 145 degrees!)

Make sure to flip them halfway through cooking!

When they are just about finished, in a large bowl, you are going to melt about 2 tablespoons of butter and mix with about 1 tablespoon of minced garlic and some parsley. I have also made these and added grated parmesan which is equally delicious!

When they are done cooking, pour them into the butter mixture and give them a good toss! I recommend letting them sit for about 3 minutes to allow the pork chops to rest a bit and to let that butter mixture soak in.

And just like that you have these tender, juicy, super flavorful garlic butter pork chop bites! Just try not to eat them all before calling everyone to the dinner table!

  • Do you think boneless country style pork ribs would work too?

    • A

I think those need to be cooked low and slow or they end up really tough, but I have not had much experience cooking with them so I honestly can’t say for sure! Sorry!

  • How long would you bake these in an oven?

    • A

Hi! I have not done them in the oven so I can’t say for sure but I wouldn’t add more than a couple minutes of time to them.
