Ingredients
Ground Italian sausage – the base of your sauce, adds rich, savory flavor
• Canadian bacon – brings a slightly smoky, salty balance
• Pepperoni – classic pizza flavor, chopped for even distribution
• Red onion – adds sharpness and color
• Yellow onion – adds sweetness and depth
• Green bell pepper – a classic “supreme pizza” veggie with texture
• Black olives – adds that signature briny bite
• Marinara sauce (2 jars, 24 oz each) – keeps things simple while adding rich flavor
• Italian seasoning – ties everything together with that familiar pizza taste
• Ricotta cheese (15 oz) – creates a creamy, traditional lasagna layer
• Egg – helps the ricotta set for clean slices
• Parmesan cheese – adds saltiness and depth
• Oven-ready lasagna noodles – no boiling required, they cook right in the sauce
• Mozzarella cheese (4 cups total) – gives that melty, stretchy cheese pull
• Optional: red pepper flakes – for a little heat when serving
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 375°F / 190°C.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the Italian sausage until fully cooked. Be sure to set aside about 1 tablespoon of the cooked sausage for topping later.
Add in the chopped Canadian bacon, chopped pepperoni, diced red onion, diced yellow onion, green bell pepper, and black olives. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables begin to soften and the flavors start to come together.

Pour in both jars of marinara sauce and sprinkle in the Italian seasoning. Stir everything together and let the sauce simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes to slightly thicken. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, mix together the ricotta cheese, egg, Parmesan cheese, and a pinch of Italian seasoning until smooth and combined.

To Assemble

Spread about one-quarter of the meat sauce on the bottom of a 9×13 baking dish.
Place 3 oven-ready lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.
Spread half of the ricotta mixture over the noodles, then sprinkle with 1 cup of shredded mozzarella. Spoon over another layer of meat sauce.
Add another layer of 3 noodles, followed by the remaining ricotta mixture, another 1 cup of mozzarella, and more sauce.
Top with the final 3 noodles, then spread the remaining sauce over the top. Finish with the remaining 2 cups of mozzarella cheese.

Spray a piece of aluminum foil with cooking spray and cover the dish tightly. Place the baking dish on a foil-lined baking sheet to catch any overflow.

Bake covered for 45 minutes.
Remove the foil and sprinkle the reserved sausage, mini pepperonis, and a small amount of the other toppings over the top. Return to the oven and bake uncovered for another 15 to 20 minutes, or until the edges are bubbling and the cheese is melted and lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with additional Italian seasoning if desired. Let the lasagna rest for at least 20 minutes before slicing and serving.
Serving Suggestions

Serve this with a simple side salad and garlic bread/breadsticks for a complete meal. The richness of the lasagna pairs perfectly with something fresh and crisp on the side.
Tips for Success
• Make sure all noodles are covered with sauce so they cook evenly
• Don’t skip the resting time—this helps the layers set for clean slices
• Place the dish on a baking sheet to catch any bubbling over
• Freshly shredded cheese melts better and gives a smoother texture
