Supreme Pizza Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Italian Sausage
  • 6 oz Canadian Bacon, chopped divided
  • 2 oz Pepperoni Slices, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Mini Pepperonis
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Red Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Yellow Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Diced Green Bell Pepper
  • 2 (24 oz) Jars of Marinara
  • 2 tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 9 Oven Ready Lasagna Sheets
  • 4 Cups Shredded Mozarella divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
  • Brown sausage in a skillet, reserving 1 tablespoon for topping.
  • Add Canadian bacon, pepperoni, onions, peppers, and olives. Cook for 3–4 minutes.
  • Stir in marinara sauce and Italian seasoning. Simmer 5–10 minutes.
  • Mix ricotta, egg, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning in a bowl.
  • Spread ¼ of the sauce in a greased 9x13 dish.
  • Layer 3 noodles, half the ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, and sauce.
  • Repeat with noodles, remaining ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, and sauce.
  • Add final noodles, remaining sauce, and top with 2 cups mozzarella.
  • Cover with greased foil and bake 45 minutes.
  • Uncover, add reserved toppings, and bake 15–20 minutes more.
  • Rest 20 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

Make-Ahead & Storage

You can assemble this lasagna up to 24 hours in advance. Cover and refrigerate, then bake as directed, adding a few extra minutes if needed.
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
Reheat individual portions in the microwave, or warm larger portions in the oven at 350°F / 175°C until heated through.
To freeze, assemble before baking and wrap tightly, or freeze leftovers. Thaw overnight in the refrigerator before reheating.
