Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken

December 1, 2022

When it comes to simple, I can’t think of any dish that is simpler than this one! It takes just a few simple ingredients and about 5 minutes of preparation. Throw it in the crockpot in the morning and have a delicious dinner waiting for you when you get home!

Place 2.5 lbs of boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs in the bottom of the crockpot. Season with garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper.

Add 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips.

Mix an 18 0z bottle of BBQ sauce with a 20 oz can of crushed pineapple.

I decided I wanted a little spice so I added about 1/2 cup of Sriracha.

Spread that on top of the chicken.

Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high for 3-5.

This is good served over rice or noodles with a side of green veggies!
