Crockpot Hawaiian Chicken
A simple, yet tasty chicken dish that takes just a few minutes to prepare!

Boneless skinless chicken, breasts or thighs

Green Bell Pepper, Sliced into strips

BBQ Sauce, any kind will work, just use your favorite

Can of crushed pineapple
1/2
cup
Sriracha hot sauce
optional
Seasonings
Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt and Pepper
Instructions
Place the chicken in the bottom of the crockpot and season with the garlic and onion powder and salt and pepper. Top with the green pepper.
Mix the BBQ sauce, crushed pineapple and Sriracha together in a bowl, then spread on top of the chicken.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-5 hours.
Notes
This is good served over noodles or rice with a side of vegetables!
