Yum Yum Sauce

This sauce is a mayonnaise based sauce that is generally used in Hibachi recipes. But my family likes to use it as a dipping sauce for many different things, especially french fries! It is sweet and tangy with a subtle hint of spice! Give it a try, I am sure you will love it!

It is as simple as throwing some ingredients in a bowl and mixing them up. So I am not going to list a bunch of pictures. I will give the measurements in the recipe below.
Just note that if you want a thicker or runnier sauce, you only need to adjust the amount of water.


Yum Yum Sauce
A sweet and tangy sauce used for Hibachi recipes and also as a dip!
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbs Tomato Paste
- 2 tbs Butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 Dash Salt
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/4 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 2-3 tbs Water
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning optional
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
