Do you ever make something then eat it almost every single day for a period of time because it is just that good? That is exactly what happened with me and this toast. It is soooo delicious, super easy to make and it will keep you full for several hours. The flavor combination is savory, sweet and just a tad bit spicy! Once you try it, you will understand why I go back to it time and time again!
Start by melting 1 tbs of butter in a skillet and toast both sides of a slice of sourdough bread.
Spread on some cream cheese. I probably use about 1.5 tbs but I honestly don’t measure!
Squeeze on half of an avocado.
Use a fork to spread it all over.
Season with just a touch of salt, then a sprinkle of red pepper flakes and drizzle on some hot honey!

Ingredients:
- 1 slice sourdough bread, or any kind of bread you like
- 1 tbs butter
- 1.5 tbs cream cheese
- 1/2 of an avocado
- Pinch of salt
- Dash of red pepper flakes
- Approximately 1 tbs Mike’s Hot Honey
Directions:
- Melt the butter in a skillet and toast both sides of the bread
- Spread the cream cheese on
- Spread the avocado on, using a fork to mash it up
- Sprinkle with the pinch of salt and red pepper flakes
- Drizzle with the honey
