Easter Egg Roulette Game

The Easter Egg Roulette Game is a game that is simple, but fun for the whole family! It takes just a few minutes to assemble and costs less than $6 to make. (Not including the prizes you put inside of the eggs.) I bought all of the supplies needed at Dollar General, but they can be found pretty much anywhere. All you need is a Styrofoam cup, some small paper plates, twine and some stickers or tape. Then you will need plastic Easter Eggs as well as some small treats to put inside of them.

Start by poking a small hole through the top of the cup. Cut 6 pieces of twine (yarn would also work great), and tie large knots at one end. String the other end through the hole in the cup.

Cut 2-3 openings on the bottom of the cup to pull the strings through.

Attach the ends of the strings to a small paper plate using a sticker. You can also use tape, staples or glue. Anything to keep it anchored to the plate.

Fill the eggs with a variety of “prizes” and set them on each plate. Each player will then take a turn pulling on a string. Whatever plate is attached to it is the prize they will get!

If you want (and depending on the ages of the players), you can add an unwanted prize, such as a piece of broccoli or a rock. I filled 4 with candy, 1 with a token for a pizza night and 1 with $1. Each round, you will just replenish the eggs with new “prizes”. There is no limit to how long the game lasts, but this is always a fun activity and keeps the little ones entertained for quite some time!

I hope you enjoy playing and Happy Easter from my family to yours!

Here is a fun Easter Dirt Cake that you can make together with the kids to add to your fun activities!
