Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 8 Fajita Sized Flour Tortillas
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 8 Slices Kraft American Cheese
  • 1-2 Cups Shredded Iceberg Lettuce
  • Dill Pickle Slices
  • 1-2 tbsp Oil for cooking

Big Mac Sauce

  • 1/2 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Dill Relish
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
  • Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Smash each onto a tortilla using your hands, parchment paper, or a spatula. Season beef with salt and pepper.
  • Heat a little oil in a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
  • Place tortillas meat-side down and cook for 3–5 minutes until beef is cooked through. Flip and cook 1 more minute until tortilla is crispy.
  • Add a slice of cheese on top of each taco and let it melt.
  • Remove from heat, spread with sauce, and top with lettuce and pickles. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Smash thin: The thinner the beef, the faster and more evenly it cooks.
