Ingredients
1lbGround Beef
8Fajita Sized Flour Tortillas
Salt and Pepper
8SlicesKraft American Cheese
1-2CupsShredded Iceberg Lettuce
Dill Pickle Slices
1-2tbspOil for cooking
Big Mac Sauce
1/2CupMayonnaise
2tbspKetchup
1tbspDijon Mustard
2tbspDill Relish
1tspGarlic Powder
1tspOnion Powder
1/2tspBlack Pepper
Instructions
In a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Divide the ground beef into 8 equal portions. Smash each onto a tortilla using your hands, parchment paper, or a spatula. Season beef with salt and pepper.
Heat a little oil in a skillet or griddle over medium heat.
Place tortillas meat-side down and cook for 3–5 minutes until beef is cooked through. Flip and cook 1 more minute until tortilla is crispy.
Add a slice of cheese on top of each taco and let it melt.
Remove from heat, spread with sauce, and top with lettuce and pickles. Serve hot and enjoy!
