10Miniature Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, quartered

Instructions
Crush the Nutter Butter Cookies in a food processor or put them in a ziploc bag and use a rolling pin to crush them.
In a bowl, mix the cookie crumbs with the melted butter, then spread into an 11 inch pie plate.
In a large mixing bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and the peanut butter with a hand mixer until nice and creamy. (If you don't have a hand mixer, you can do this with a spoon, it will just take longer.) Then mix in the powdered sugar until it is a creamy conisistency.
Carefully fold in the cool whip until well incorporated then stir in the miniature Reese's peanut butter cup quarters.
Spread the filling onto the crust and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Top with the remaining peanut butter cups and the Reese's pieces candies. (Or any toppings of your choice.)
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
This can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days. It can be frozen for up to 4 months. The crust can be difficult to cut through when it comes straight out of the fridge. I recommend letting it sit on the counter for at least 30 minutes to an hour before serving. OR, dip the bottom of the pie plate in hot water for about 1 minute to soften it up. Feel free to substitute the toppings with any candies of your choice!
