Ingredients

  • .75-1 lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts or Thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2-3 tsp Chicken Seasoning Blend
  • 13 oz Smoked Turkey Sausage, cut into slices
  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 Large Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 Medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 1 Cup Broccoli Florets, chopped
  • 6-7 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1/2-1 tsp each Salt and Pepper
  • 2-3 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce

Instructions

  • Drizzle the cut up chicken with the olive oil and sprinkle with the chicken seasoning and set aside, then slice the smoked sausage and set it aside.
  • Chop and slice the vegetables and mince the garlic.
  • Heat the tbsp of avocado oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
  • Add in the sliced smoked sausage and cook until it is nice and crispy. Remove it and set it aside.
  • Add the chicken. Cook it fully then set it aside as well.
  • Next, add in the peppers, onions and broccoli. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 5 minutes. (Longer if you like your vegetables softer).
  • Add in the zucchini and minced garlic and cook for 1-2 more minutes. You may need to add a little more salt and pepper.
  • Stir the chicken and sausage in then the teriyaki sauce. Mix everything well and season to taste if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!

Storage

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently in the microwave or in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through.
