Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C)
Start by laying a piece of parchment paper on your countertop. Stretch the refrigerated pizza crust into a rectangle shape.
Lay the mozzarella string cheese sticks around the edges of the crust. Next, fold the edges of the pizza over the cheese sticks and pinch the seams tightly to keep the gooey goodness inside. Transfer it to a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, minced garlic, and parsley. Spread this mixture all around the crust and edges, ensuring every bite is infused with garlic and herb goodness.
Bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 5 minutes, or until the crust starts to set.
Once the crust is slightly baked, remove it from the oven and spread the pizza sauce on top. Then, add the cooked Italian sausage (saving a couple of tablespoons for later) and a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
Top the cheese with pepperoni slices, Canadian bacon, and the reserved sausage. Finally, sprinkle a bit more mozzarella if you desire that extra cheesy goodness.
Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is beautifully bubbly and slightly browned.
