1tbsDried Parsley, optional

Flour your work surface and rolling pin and roll the biscuits out to about 5 inches in diameter.
Add a heaping tbs of the cheese to each one, followed with a spoonful of the eggs and some of the crumbled bacon. Carefully roll up the sides and pinch the seams together tightly. Form into balls.
Reduce the oven temperature to 375 degrees. Place the biscuits in a greased baking dish and brush with 1 tbs of melted butter. Sprinkle a bit more cheese on top and some dried parsley. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until biscuits are completely cooked.
