Sloppy Joe Casserole with Cheddar Bay Biscuit Topping

Ingredients
2lbsGround Beef
1/2CupDiced Onion
1/2CupDiced Green Bell Pepper
5-6Garlic Cloves, minced
2tspSalt, Pepper, Garlic Blend Seasoning
2tbspTomato Paste
16ozTomato Sauce
2tbspWorcestershire Sauce
4tbspBrown Sugar
1/2CupKetchup
11.36ozBox of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1CupMilkcan use water also
1/2Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheesefor biscuit batter
1/2CupShredded Cheddar Cheesefor topping the meat
2tbspMelted Butter
Seasoning Packet from the biscuit mix
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C)
Brown ground beef with onion, bell pepper, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the excess grease if needed.
Season with the salt, pepper and garlic blend, Add tomato paste, and cook for a couple minutes.
Stir in tomato sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, and ketchup. Simmer.
Mix biscuit mix with milk (or water) and cheddar cheese.
Spread sloppy joe mixture into a greased 9×13 dish and top with cheese.
Spread biscuit batter over the top. Bake for approximately 15-20 minutes until the batter is cooked all the way through.
Mix the melted butter with the seasoning packet from the biscuits and brush all over the top. Serve hot and enjoy!
