Sheet Pan Chicken with Potatoes and Green Beans

Ingredients

  • 1.5-2 lbs Boneless, Skinless Chicken thighs or breasts
  • 2 lbs Baby Yukon Gold Potatoes, quartered
  • 1 lb Fresh Green Beans
  • 1 packet Good Seasons Garlic and Herb Dressing Mix
  • 1 packet Onion Soup Mix
  • 1 Stick Butter, unsalted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 de.
  • Place the chicken, green beans and potatoes on a large rimmed sheet pan
  • Season the chicken with the Good Seasons packet. make sure to season both sides.
  • Season the potatoes and green beans with the onion soup mix.
  • Melt the butter and pour over the top.
  • Bake for 1 hour. DO NOT remove the foil while cooking.

Notes

For the crockpot, layer the chicken, season it, then place the potatoes and green beans in and season them, and pour the melted butter on top. Cook on high for 4-6 hours or on low for 6-8 hours. 
For the instant pot, follow above instructions, set on manual high heat and cook for 20 minutes.
