Ingredients
4CupsBroccoli, fresh or frozen
1CupWater
1CupMilk
1tbspCornstarch
1CupFreshly Grated Cheddar Cheese
2tbspGrated Parmesan Cheese
Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder and Onion Powder
Instructions
Steam the broccoli by boiling 1 cup of water in a pan. Add the broccoli, cover with the lid and cook for about 3-4 minutes or until desired tenderness.
In a small cup or bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and milk.
Pour it into a skillet and whisk over medium heat until it starts to thicken up.
Turn the heat to low and stir in the cheeses until they are completely melted and the sauce is nice and creamy. Season with the spices listed above or however you like.
