1lbYukon Gold Potates, chopped into bite sized pieces
1Green Bell Pepper, diced
1Yellow Onion, diced
2CupsSauerkraut, drained
1tbsGarlic Powder
1tbsOnion Powder
1tbsSlap Ya Mamaor any cajun seasoning
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
Melt 1 tbs of the butter in a skillet over medium heat. 2. Add the sliced sausage and cook until crispy and caramelized. Remove from the pan and set aside.3. Melt the other tbs of butter and add the potatoes, bell pepper and the onion. Season with the spices listed above, put the lid on and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.4. Add the sausage and the sauerkraut, mix it up well, then reduce heat to medium low. Put the lid on and cook for about 15 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
