Perfect Air Fryer Baked Potatoes
Air fried baked potatoes with perfectly crispy skin and a soft, fluffy inside!

- Medium Sized Russet Potatoes 1 per person
- Olive Oil for brushing on the potatoes
- Salt, Pepper and Garlic Herb Blend for sprinkling on the potatoes, or can just use salt and pepper or no seasoning at all
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees on the air fry setting.
Wash and dry potatoes, then use a fork to poke holes on both sides. I poke them at least 3 times on each side.
Brush the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with the seasoning. Air fry for approximately 40 minutes, flipping once while cooking.
They are done when you can easily pierce them with a fork.
Top with whatever toppings you like!
