This lazy lasagna may be quick and easy but tastes like it took all day to make!

Ingredients
1.5lbs Ground Beef
1Yellow Onion, diced
6-7Garlic Cloves, minced
24ozSpaghetti Sauce, jarred or homemade
2Cups Beef Broth
8ozLasagna noodles, broken into small pieces
1CupCottage Cheese, or ricotta if you prefer
8ozMozzarella Cheese, grated
Instructions
Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. After it is cooked, drain the grease and return to the pan.
Stir in the spaghetti sauce, the beef broth and the broken up lasagna noodles. Make sure all of the lasagna is covered with liquid. (For my homemade spaghetti sauce recipe, I will have it linked below)
Put the lid on, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 25 minutes
When it is done cooking, stir in the cottage cheese (or ricotta)
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese, then top with the mozzarella. Put it under the broiler in the oven, or you can just put the lid on until the cheese is melted.
Notes
If you are going to put this in the oven, make sure your pan is oven-safe. If not, you can transfer it to a baking dish before you put the cheese on.
