Jalapeno Popper Dip

My most requested dip to make for any party!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 4 oz Can of Diced Jalapenos or chilies
  • 2 Fresh Jalapenos, finely chopped You can remove the membrane and seeds for less spice
  • 1 lb Bacon, cooked and crumbled set aside 1 tbsp to garnish the top when done baking
  • 2 Cups Sharp Cheddar, shredded
  • 1 Cup Pepper Jack Cheese, shredded mix the cheeses together and set aside 1 cup of it
  • 1 packet Ranch dressing seasoning mix
  • 1 tsp Green Onions optional for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Mix everything together in a large bowl, except for 1 cup of the cheeses.
  • Spread into a greased 9x11 baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 300-35 minutes or until cheese is golden brown and bubbly!
  • Garnish with the bacon that you set aside and the green onions.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

 
This can be made in a crockpot. Just follow the directions as stated, but put everything into the crockpot and cook on low for 2-3 hours. 
You can use whatever you like to dip in this. I haven't had anything that doesn't taste good with it!
This also makes a good filling for stuffed chicken breasts and goes great on top of baked potatoes!
