Ingredients

  • (4) 4-6 oz Salmon Filets
  • 4 tbsp Salted Butter, melted
  • 4-5 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 pinch Smoked Paprika
  • 1-2 tsp Dried or Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 Lemon, cut into slices

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer or oven to 375 degrees.
  • Mix the butter with the garlic, honey, parsley, paprika and pepper.
  • Place the salmon filets on a foil or parchment lined air fryer tray or baking sheet. If using foil, spray with a small amount of cooking spray.
  • Top each one with the butter mixture and the lemon slices.
  • Air fry for approximately 11 minutes or bake for approximately 15 minutes. Cooking times will vary based on the size of the salmon filets as well as individual cooking appliances. The salmon is finished when it flakes easily with a fork.
  • When it is finished, spoon any of the butter mixture that baked off back onto the filets and sprinkle with some more parsley if desired.
  • Salt to taste if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

This sauce is also great for chicken!
