Ingredients

  • (2) 8 oz Filets or Sirloins, chopped into bite-sized pieces New York Strip or Flat Iron also work well but each will have a slightly different texture
  • 1 tsp Avocado Oil just enough to coat the pan, you don't want the steak swimming in oil
  • 2 tsp Steak Seasoning I use Kinders Steak Blend but whatever you like is fine
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 4 tbsp Kerrygold Butter or any good quality butter
  • 6-7 Garlic Cloves, minced use less if you want, but we love a lot of garlic!
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Fresh Parsley

Instructions

  • Place steak cubes in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and season with steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-high with a light coating of avocado oil.
  • Add steak cubes in a single layer and sear 1–2 minutes per side, about 3–4 minutes total for medium-rare. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt butter in the skillet. Add garlic and parsley, sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  • Return steak bites to the pan, toss to coat, then remove immediately. Serve hot.

Leftovers & Reheating

This recipe is best enjoyed fresh, but if you do have leftovers, reheat quickly in a hot skillet to preserve the sear and keep the steak juicy.
