1 Air Fryer If you do not have one, the potatoes can be prepared in a skillet
1 Cast Iron Skillet or oven safe skilet or you can transfer everything to a baking dish
1 Conventional Oven
Ingredients
For the Potatoes
2lbsRusset Potatoes, chopped into bite sized pieces
2-3tbsOlive Oil
Salt, Pepper and Garlic Blend
For the Beef Mixture
1.5lbsGround Beef
1Yellow Onion, Diced
2-3Garlic Cloves, minced
1packetFrench Onion Soup Mix
1tbsWorcestershire Sauce
1/4cupWater
8ozMozzarella cheese, grated
4ozSmoked Gouda cheese, grated
1tspDried Parsleyoptional
Instructions
In a bowl, drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes and season with the listed spices. I do not measure. You can taste them when they are done, but you do not want them to be too salty.
Make sure all the potatoes are coated well and air fry at 400 for 20-25 minutes or until crispy. Make sure to shake once or twice while they are cooking.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees
While the potatoes are cooking, brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic.
When the beef is finished cooking, add the soup packet, Worcestershire sauce and water. Mix well and let simmer on low for a couple minutes.
When the potatoes are done, mix them in with the beef. Top with the cheese and dried parsley and bake for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
