Notes
Feel free to customize this to your liking! Add as many veggies as you want! I really love to add riced cauliflower and sliced zucchini! If you want to make it stretch even further, add in some noodles or white rice. I have had people suggest serving wonton strips for some crunch, or even adding water chestnuts to it. The wonderful thing about this dish is that you can make it exactly how you like it!This is great for meal prep and will last up to 4 days in the fridge. Store it in an airtight container. I do not recommend freezing this as it changes the texture of the vegetables too much for my liking.
