Ingredients
1lbGround Beef
1Yellow Onion, Diced
3-4Garlic Cloves, minced
1tbspMrs Dash Original Seasoning Blendor a mix of garlic powder and onion powder
1/2tspBlack Pepper
1/4tspDried Thyme
1tbspWorcestershire Sauce
2Medium Yellow Potatoes, chopped into bite-sized pieces
12ozBag of Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
2(10.5) ozCans of Cream of Mushroom Soup
11.36ozBox of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
1/2CupShredded Cheddar Cheese
1CupMilk or Watersee notes below
3tbspMelted Butter
Seasoning Packet from Biscuit Mix
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Brown the ground beef with the diced onion and garlic in a skillet over medium heat. Drain the excess grease if needed.
Add seasonings and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well.
Microwave the potatoes (or you can boil them) for 5 minutes. This will speed up the cooking time in the oven and prevent the biscuits from burning. Add them to the meat mixture along with the vegetables and cream soups.
Mix everything well and season to taste if needed. Spread it into a 9x13 baking dish.
To prepare the biscuit topping, stir the mix with the cheese and the milk or water.
Drop by spoonfuls onto the meat mixture and spread it out evenly.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the edges are bubbly.
Mix the seasoning packet with the melted butter and brush on the top while still hot.

Notes:
Substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
Use cream of chicken, celery, or potato soup if preferred.
Water can replace milk in the biscuit mix.
Any shredded cheese will work!
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the microwave. You can make the meat mixture and freeze it for up to 3 months. When you are ready to make it, let it thaw to room temperature, then bake as directed with the biscuit crust.
