Creamy Tortellini Bake

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Yellow Onion, diced
  • 6-7 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 20 oz Cheese Tortellini, fresh not frozen
  • 5.2 oz Garlic and Herb Boursin Cheese
  • 24 oz Spaghetti Sauce, any flavor you like
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 2-3 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Seasonings

  • Salt and Pepper
  • Kinders Garlic and Herb Seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Brown the ground beef with the onion and garlic. Drain the grease if you prefer to.
  • Season with the salt, pepper and garlic herb blend. Approximately 1 tbs of the garlic and herb and pepper and 1 tsp of salt. You can adjust to your taste!
  • Stir in the rest of the ingredients, except for the mozzarella.
  • Spread the mozzarella on top. Use as much or as little as you like!
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly!
