1/4CupBeef or Chicken Broth
1CupHeavy Cream
3/4-1CupFreshly Grated Parmesan
25ozBag of Frozen Cheese Ravioli
1/4CupReserved Pasta Water
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the sausage, peppers, onion, and garlic. Stir in garlic blend, Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes and cook until the meat is thoroughly cooked.
Add broth, heavy cream, and Parmesan; stir until melted and creamy.
Cook ravioli according to package directions, reserving ¼ cup pasta water.
Add ravioli and pasta water to skillet; toss to coat.
Simmer on low 10–15 minutes until sauce thickens. Taste, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.

Make Ahead, Storage & Freezing
Make Ahead – Cook the sauce a day in advance. When ready to serve, boil ravioli fresh and toss it in the reheated sauce.
Storage – Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container up to 4 days.
Reheating – Warm gently on the stove with a splash of broth or cream to loosen the sauce.
Freezing – Freeze in freezer-safe containers up to 2 months. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
