Corn Casserole
A staple holiday/party dish that is delicious and easy to assemble!

Ingredients
- 1 14.75 oz Can of corn, drained
- 1 14.75 oz Can of Cream Style Corn
- 1 Egg
- 4 tbs Salted Butter, melted
- 1 Cup Sour Cream
- 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1 8.5 oz Box of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Mix together all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Spread into a greased 9x11 baking dish and bake for approximately 45 minutes or until cooked through.
