1.5lbsBoneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1tbsRanch dressing seasoning
210.5 ozCans of Cream of Chicken Soup
10ozCan of Rotel
5-6Garlic Cloves, minced
2CupsMilk
8ozSharp Cheddar Cheese, freshly grated
8ozGouda Cheese, freshly grated
1lbSpaghetti
Salt to taste if needed
Instructions
Add your chicken to the bottom of the slow cooker and sprinkle the ranch seasoning on top of it.
Add the soup, rotel and minced garlic. Carefully mix that and spread evenly over the chicken.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 4-6.
When it is finished, remove the chicken and dice it up. Or if you prefer, you can shred it up also. Set it aside.
Prepare the spaghetti according to the package directions
To the slow cooker, add the milk and cheeses and stir until all of the cheese is melted.
Add in the cooked and drained spaghetti and the cut up chicken. Mix well until all of the ingredients are well incorporated. Salt to taste if needed. Serve hot and enjoy!
