Ingredients
4-5Cups Cooked, Shredded ChickenI used a rotisserie chicken
1/2lbCooked, Crumbled Bacon
12ozBag of Steamed Broccoli, chopped
2(15 oz)Jars of Alfredo Sauce
1/4CupMilk (1/8 cup for each jar of sauce)
1/2CupGrated Parmesan Cheese
8ozShredded Mozzarella Cheese
28-30ozBag of Frozen Tater Tots
Seasonings
Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Black Pepper, Red Pepper Flakesapproximately 1 tsp each, but only a pinch of the red pepper flakes
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Bake the tater tots on a baking sheet for about 10 minutes.
In a 9x13 baking dish, combine shredded rotisserie chicken, crumbled bacon, and chopped broccoli.
Pour in the alfredo sauce, then add the milk in each jar and shake it up to get all of the sauce out.
Season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and the partially baked tater tots.
Bake for 35 minutes, until the tater tots are golden brown and everything is heated through.
Notes
This can be assembled up to 2 days ahead of time. Simply mix everything together in the baking dish and wrap tightly with foil or plastic wrap. When you are ready to bake it, let it come to room temperature and top it with the tater tots and cook for about 45 minutes. You can also freeze this for up to 2 months. Assemble all of the ingredients besides the tater tots and wrap tightly with foil or plastic wrap.
