8ozCream Cheese, softened
1CupShredded Sharp Cheddar Cheesedivided in half
1CupShredded Pepper Jack Cheesedivided in half
1/2CupSour Cream
1/4CupMayonnaise
2tbspHorseradish Mustard
4ozCan of Diced Jalapenos
1tsp eachGarlic Powder and Onion Powder
1/2 - 1tspSlap Ya Mama Cajun Seasoning (or any cajun seasoning)
15ozCan of Sweet Corn, drained
1lbCooked, Crumbled Bacondivided in half
2tbspSliced Green Onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheeses, sour cream, mayo, mustard, jalapeños, and seasonings with a hand mixer.
Stir in corn and ½ lb of bacon. Spread into a 9-inch pie pan or 9x9 baking dish.
Top with remaining cheese. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.Top with remaining bacon and green onions.
Serve hot with chips, crackers, pretzels, or veggie sticks!
