Cheddar Bay Biscuit Pizza

A fun and tasty new twist on pizza night using a box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix as the crust!

Ingredients

  • 11.36 oz Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 2-3 Tbs Oil, for spreading the dough out and for greasing the pan
  • 4 Tbs Butter, melted
  • 14 oz Jar Pizza Sauce
  • 3-4 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
  • Pizza Toppings of your choice

Instructions

  • Preheat oven or grill to 425 degrees
  • Mix the biscuit dough according to the package directions using the water and shredded cheese.
  • Rub some oil on your hands and spread it evenly onto a rimmed 10x15 baking sheet. Be sure to grease the pan or use parchment paper for easy cleanup. Make the garlic butter sauce and brush all over the dough.
  • Prebake for 8-10 minutes.
  • Top with sauce and desired toppings and bake for another 8-10 minutes. Be sure that the crust is nice and crispy. If not, bake for another couple minutes, but watch closely to make sure it doesn't burn.
  • When it is finished, let it cool for about 5 minutes.
