Baked Crack Chicken Dip

A delicious hot dip packed with chicken, bacon, ranch and plenty of cheese! Perfect for any gathering!

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken
  • 2 Cups Cooked, Chopped Bacon divided
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 16 oz Sour Cream
  • 1 Packet or 1 oz Ranch Dressing Mix
  • 2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, shredded divided
  • 2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded divided

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all of the ingredients except for half of the bacon and the cheeses in a large mixing bowl.
  • Spread into a 9x13 baking dish then top with the remaining cheese and bacon.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is golden brown and bubbly! Enjoy!

Notes

This can also be made in the crockpot. Just mix everything together in the crockpot and cook on low for about 1 hour or until heated through.
This can be prepared up to 2-3 days in advance. Just follow the instructions up until baking it. Cover it tightly and keep in the fridge until ready to prepare. You may need to adjust cooking time by a few minutes.
If you would like to freeze it, follow the instructions up until baking it. Cover it tightly and keep in the freezer for up to 3 months. When you are ready to cook it, allow it to thaw in the fridge over night, then bake as directed. You may need to adjust the cooking time by a few minutes.
