4 Ingredient Lemon Cake
An extremely easy and extremely delicious Lemon Cake made with just 4 simple ingredients and 5 minutes of prep!

Ingredients
- 16 oz Box of Angel Food Cake Mix Make sure to buy the kind that requires only water to be added to the mix but DO NOT ADD THE WATER!
- 21 oz Can of Lemon Pie Filling
- 1 Large Lemon, Juiced and Zested
- Powdered Sugar for dusting on top of the cake
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add the 1st three ingredients to a bowl and combine until incorporated - do not over mix or whip.
- Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let cool completely.
- Lightly dust with powdered sugar. Cut into squares and enjoy!
