I made this last night, with a couple of small changes. I used ground Italian sausage and breakfast sausage together, 1# each( I made a double batch) . I used creme of celery and golden mushroom with sharp cheddar and four cheese Mexican. Mmmmmmm ???????

I really like Almost ALL your recipes, but this one is even BETTER with the frozen, cubed-style hash-brown potatoes, cooked either in the airfryer or pan-friend. We use 1/2 bag (20 oz) to make it a little lower-carb, and 4oz of cheese in the mix and the other 4 on top. For simplicity, I put the cheese and fried onions on top but then cook it covered and take the foil off for the last 10 to brown and crisp. Pure perfection in a comfort food. THANKS FOR YOUR RECIPES>

I have the pickiest 13 yr old she doesn’t eat anything . Sometimes just toast for dinner. This is her favorite I’m cooking it tonight for her birthday dinner she had her choice of going out or dinner at home and this was her choice . She told me to make 4 pans of it. 🤣

This was really good. I only made a few tweaks. I had refrigerated hashbrowns (20 0z) instead of frozen. I used 1/2 cup sour cream because of that and still used 2 cans of cream of chicken soup. I cooked it at 350 for 45 minutes since I didn’t have frozen hashbrowns. On the side I steamed a bag of peas and mixed it with my serving since I add vegetables to everything unlike the others in my household and it was great! This was my first time using a recipe from you. I look forward to looking for more great recipes from you.
