2tbspOlive Oil
1Yellow Onion, Diced
1Jalapeno, diced
1CupFrozen or Fresh Corn
4-5Garlic Cloves, minced
7ozCan of Diced Green Chilis
215.5 ozCan of Cannellini Beans, rinsed and drained
3tspsChicken Flavored Bouillon + 3 Cups of WaterOR 3 cups of chicken broth
1CupHeavy Cream
1CupSour Cream
Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large pot, heat the oil over medium heat and add the onions, jalapenos and corn. Season with salt and pepper and cook for about 10 minutes.
Stir in the minced garlic and cook for about 1 more minute or until the garlic becomes fragrant.
Stir in the chicken, the beans and the spices and mix well.
Stir in the chicken bouillon and water (or the chicken broth) and the heavy cream. Mix well and let simmer for about 10 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
Turn off the heat and add in the sour cream. This will give it a creamy texture and rich flavor. Season with salt and pepper if needed.
